Job Description

The Appraisers or Valuers, with specialization in real estate and plant, machinery & equipment valuation, will work on residential, commercial, agricultural and industrial properties and provide valuation advise for our clients which consists of property companies, conglomerates, financial institutions and foreign investors.

This dynamic team is looking for experts who can understand client businesses intimately.

  • Provide valuation advise for our clients which consists of property companies, conglomerates, financial institutions and foreign investors.
  • Prepare valuation reports, which includes:
    • physical inspection of property subject of the valuation study
    • desktop and on-site research including with relevant government agencies
    • prepares research data and run analysis to come up with value indications
    • discuss and present the results of the valuation activity in a full narrative report
  • Creates new accounts and manages existing ones.
  • Manages junior valuers, as needed.
  • Participate in valuation and other company projects, as needed.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of business (finance, management), real estate management or engineering (civil, mechanical) courses
  • 5 years relevant industry experience is required
  • Must be a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser / Registered Mechanical Engineer
  • Proficiency in income valuation techniques is an advantage
  • License Real Estate Broker and/or Licensed Real Estate Consultant is an advantage
  • Experience in business development and client management is an advantage
  • AUTOCAD knowledge is a plus
  • Good command of both written & spoken English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
