Job Description

The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible in end-to-end process of accounting.

Job Description:

  • Management and monitoring of accounts receivables, billings and collections, payroll and timekeeping, government remittances, and other related responsibilities
  • Active participation on internal audit to various company sites, including cash counting, tax compliance, internal accounting, and the likes
  • Attends to client inquiries related to billings
  • Careful computation and preparation of payroll and timekeeping files
  • Address employee-related inquiries on payroll and timekeeping
  • Understanding, preparation and updating of staff remuneration schedule of projects
  • Monitors all new SSS, BIR, PhilHealth, HDMF and DOLE’s related issuances and ensure that costing are at par with the current regulations
  • Preparation and monitoring of payments to suppliers and contractors
  • Timely submission of all ISO internal related requirements

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Management, Accounting Technology, or any related courses
  • With at least a year of experience in the field of accounting, finance, and payroll
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus, but not required
  • Proficient in various computer applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Highly adaptable, amenable to flexible work schedules, and answer and assist clients’ inquiries on weekends & after office as necessary
  • Team player, hardworking, and with good customer relation skills
  • Agreeable to work in Makati
  • Can start as soon as possible
