• To determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions for establishment of new office and its operation.

• To advise clients on their office layout and design for relocation or layout change

• To be able to reach target customers and capable to secure appointments

• To maintain client relationships

• To be responsible for the transaction management and to provide consistent and high quality of customer services

• University graduate, preferably in Real Estate or related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years experience in corporate sales.

• A minimum of 3 years experience in construction related work.

• Sound analytical, report writing and presentation skills.

• Proven high level of initiative, persistency and hardworking.

• Proven ability to deliver under pressure.

• Effective communicator, in both English and Japanese is an advantage.

• Excellent client management is needed.

• Good computer skills including Microsoft office.
