Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Analyst to support and enhance our PeoplePlus platform across APAC for a 12-month contract. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across system configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, integrations, testing and continuous improvement, while partnering closely with HR, Payroll, IT and external support providers.

What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day support and ongoing enhancement of our SAP SuccessFactors environment, with responsibilities including:

  • Configure, maintain and support SAP SuccessFactors across Employee Central, EC Payroll, Learning, Onboarding, Performance & Goals and EC Time Off
  • Work with stakeholders to identify, scope and deliver system enhancements
  • Manage ongoing system maintenance and resolve technical and functional issues
  • Configure workflows, business rules, MDF objects, Foundation Objects, picklists and permissions
  • Develop and maintain reporting using Story Reports, Canvas Reports and Integration Centre
  • Support and coordinate customised system integrations
  • Monitor HR data quality and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy
  • Work with external AMS providers, ensuring issues are resolved within agreed SLAs and estimates are appropriately scoped
  • Support testing and deployment of system changes and enhancements
  • Provide training and guidance to key users
  • Maintain accurate system documentation and platform workbooks.

Qualifications

You’re an experienced HRIS professional who enjoys getting into the detail, solving problems and finding better ways for systems to support the business.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • 6+ years’ experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, with strong technical and functional capability
  • Hands-on experience across EC, ECP, LMS, Onboarding, PMGM and EC Time Off
  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors configuration, reporting and integrations
  • Experience partnering with and managing external AMS/support providers
  • A good understanding of HR and Payroll processes and how technology supports them
  • Strong HR data analysis, reporting and problem-solving capability
  • An understanding of data flows, integrations, security permissions and organisational structures
  • The ability to confidently manage stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Why this role?

This is an opportunity to join a complex APAC HR technology environment where you’ll have genuine influence of the platform, not simply manage support tickets. You’ll work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, offshore support teams and external SAP/AMS partners, with the opportunity to influence how the platform continues to evolve.

If you’re a hands-on SuccessFactors specialist who enjoys combining BAU support with systems improvement and optimisation, we’d love to hear from you.
