Job Description
Kick-start your engineering career with Colliers Engineering & Design. As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you'll work alongside experienced professionals on a diverse range of land development projects, helping shape residential communities, industrial precincts, commercial developments, and urban infrastructure across Australia.
From day one, you'll gain hands-on experience in civil design, site grading, stormwater drainage, earthworks, roads, and utility servicing while developing your technical skills and industry knowledge through mentorship and structured learning opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with the design and delivery of land development projects
- Preparing civil engineering drawings and design documentation
- Contributing to road, drainage, earthworks and utility design
- Supporting project teams with technical analysis and reporting
- Collaborating with planners, surveyors, environmental specialists and engineers
- Participating in site inspections and client meetings
Qualifications
About You
- Recently completed or completing a degree in Civil Engineering
- Passion for land development and civil design
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Keen to learn and develop your technical capabilities
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 12D or similar software is advantageous
