Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Database & Sales Support professional to join our high-performing Industrial & Logistics team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent property graduate, final-year property student, or someone looking to commence a career in commercial real estate. Working closely with our sales agents, you will play a key role in maintaining property and client databases, supporting business development activities, and providing accurate market information to the team.

We are open to candidates seeking either a full-time role or a 4-day-per-week arrangement, making this an ideal opportunity for those balancing study commitments or looking for greater flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update CRM databases, property listings and client records.
  • Ensure property, contact and market information is accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets for reporting, market analysis and business development activities.
  • Support agents with listing management, comparable sales and leasing evidence, and property searches.
  • Maintain marketing and mailing lists to support targeted campaigns.
  • Assist with submissions, presentations and client reporting.
  • Coordinate database updates from agents and research sources.
  • Support weekly sales meetings and team reporting requirements.
  • Assist with general sales administration and business support tasks.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Property, business, commerce or related degree qualifications (completed or currently undertaking final year) preferred.
