Job Description

We are seeking an aspiring Executive with strong analytical capability to join our Office Capital Markets & Investment Services team. The role, based in Sydney CBD, will be pivotal to the delivery of Commercial real estate transactions and provide exposure across the full property campaign lifecycle, including market research, financial analysis, submissions, coordinating campaign marketing material, property inspections and buyer enquiries.  

The scope of the role will include: 

  • Prepare high-quality marketing and sales submissions, information memorandums, due diligence materials, buyer reports and other transaction documentation. 

  • Provision of financial / cash flow modelling for commercial assets and compilation of information for use in submissions, pitches, and information memorandums.  

  • Research and analysis of relevant market information / intelligence. 

  • Coordinate data collection, information verification, and document management to ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the sales process. 

  • Prepare client progress reports on campaigns and attend client meetings. 

Qualifications

The skills and experience you will bring to this role include: 

The ideal candidate will be passionate about commercial property and ready to leverage the deep capability of the market’s strongest national platform. 

Other requirements: 

  • Tertiary qualifications in property, business or a related discipline. 

  • Current real estate licence. 

  • Strong analytical and research skills.  

  • Advanced with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) & proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. 

  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral, and the ability to converse with all levels of staff from senior level management to technical staff.  

  • Understanding of local markets and current trends. 

  • Ability to work competently to achieve key milestone dates.
