Job Description
Be a part of our highly successful Industrial & Logistics team, supporting our National Director you will assist with calendar and diary management while also play a role in the marketing of properties.
Based in our Sydney CBD office, you will be integral to the success of the team, utilising your strong attention to detail, efficiency and proactive approach to your work. Working in a close knit, supportive and sociable environment you will enjoy the fast pace and autonomy of this valued support role.
In this key support role, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties which include:
Diary and calendar management for National Director.
Preparation of invoices and expenses.
Preparation and formatting submission documents and reports for clients.
Create and update marketing collateral used for external distribution.
Managing internal and external enquiries and correspondence for the team including travel bookings and general correspondence with clients.
Qualifications
Experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within the Property or Real Estate sector.
Recently graduated a degree related to Property is highly desirable.
Strong MS Office skills; in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong time management and ability to multi-task.
