Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to support our highly successful Office Capital Markets team, based in our Sydney CBD office. Renowned for transacting high‑profile office assets across Sydney, this team is highly respected within the industry. In this fast-paced environment, no two days are the same, offering a dynamic and varied role within a high-performing team.

As a member of the team, some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and preparing reports, submissions, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Managing campaigns and reviewing marketing collateral, as well as liaising with internal and external stakeholders /suppliers.
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM database.
  • Finance related administration which includes reconciling and processing invoices and expenses in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating and participating in team meetings.
  • Organising travel and other related arrangements for the team.
  • Coordinating events, including managing logistics and attendee lists, and ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.

Qualifications

  • Recent and relevant experience demonstrating skills in a similar transferrable role, ideally within the Real Estate or Property sector.
  • Experience using Adobe Indesign is highly desirable.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional time management, organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach to your work with the ability to self-manage.
