Join our market leading sales team in the role of Sales Executive, representing the Gold Coasts most successful new oceanside precinct, under construction now. Working in a team of two + a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the project and a key driver of sales success with a focus on converting leads and guiding buyers through the sales journey to unconditional contracts.

This role will be based onsite in the display suite, located in Broadbeach, showcasing the project finishes with representative kitchen and bathroom spaces and interactive sales presentation technology.

As a Colliers Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Engage with prospective purchasers and partners in the display suite environment, working 5 days a week Tuesday through Saturday (subject to change over the life of the project)
  • Service an extensive database of new and existing leads to convert prospective buyers to unconditional contracts
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the Colliers and developer brands
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in Colliers CRM for reporting
  • Collaborate with the project management & support team on ongoing sales & marketing activities, events and display activities

Qualifications

The role is well suited to an experienced off the plan sales professional with a track record in premium and luxury lifestyle developments.  The ideal candidate will bring to the role:

  • 2-5+ years’ experience in off-the-plan project sales
  • Previous experience selling premium and luxury properties, $3M - $25M
  • Understanding of the Gold Coast apartment market
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Understanding of buyer motivations and ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Professional presentation and demeanour and strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with real estate CRM systems
  • Current QLD Real Estate Salespersons License or Registration

You will be supported by our in-house project sales & marketing management team, including senior leadership, sales, marketing and admin support.  Expect transparent leadership, significant earning potential, and continuity of pipeline within a respected, National and International name in off-the-plan sales and marketing. 

This is a rare opportunity to join a Tier 1 commercial-residential agency, working with an established, Australian developer-builder, on a multi-stage billion-dollar project, with construction underway and settlements expected over 2027/28.
