Job Description

Join our high‑performing team at Essendon Fields as a proactive and highly organised Team Assistant. This role is open to either full-time or part‑time arrangements, making it ideal for someone seeking balance while still playing a key role in a dynamic property environment. You’ll be the trusted “go‑to” person who keeps everyday operations running seamlessly, supporting campaigns, client service, and overall team effectiveness.

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare high‑quality reports, submissions and client documentation
  • Support marketing and campaign activity (InDesign/Canva skills highly regarded)
  • Coordinate team diaries, meetings and internal communications
  • Manage invoicing, billing and general financial administration
  • Maintain SharePoint folders, templates and key team resources
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and more efficient workflows

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Clear, confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office; design capability an advantage
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
  • Experience in team support, administration or a similar coordination role
