Are you a strategic thinker with deep property expertise and a passion for helping businesses thrive? Join Colliers’ Industrial Advisory team and work with leading corporate occupiers to deliver tailored property strategies that drive operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Advise industrial occupiers on property strategies that optimise operations.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver service excellence across the property cycle.
- Lead client meetings, prepare reports, and act as a key liaison for strategy implementation.
- Drive business development through market engagement, forums, and targeted outreach.
- Secure new tenant representation assignments and identify cross-business opportunities.
- Contribute to financial performance, budgeting, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate across teams to foster a culture of referrals and shared success.
- Stay ahead of market trends through continuous learning and industry engagement.
Qualifications

- 5–10 years’ experience in property advisory or tenant representation.
- Strong understanding of the industrial property market and leasing fundamentals.
- LFR experience an advantage with flexibility to work with clients holistically across sectors.
- Proven success in solution sales to corporate clients at board level.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Financial acumen and ability to deliver strategic insights.
- A performance-driven mindset with a collaborative spirit.
