Job Description

Colliers Residential is seeking a digitally skilled, creative Marketing Executive to drive content, social media, and digital engagement across our residential development projects across all lifecycles, off the plan, under construction and completed apartment projects. This hands‑on role blends on‑site content capture, video production, digital marketing and campaign support across multiple active projects.

You will work closely with project managers to create high‑impact content, grow online engagement and support sales activity through targeted digital content & communication. The role includes regular on‑site filming, photography and event coverage at project display suites and launches.

Responsibilities

  • Capture on‑site content including video, photography and interviews
  • Edit content for social platforms including reels, short videos and project updates
  • Manage and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, We Chat, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Build and maintain social media content calendars
  • Write engaging copy for social media, EDMs, blogs and video scripts
  • Create and schedule EDM campaigns and manage database segmentation
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Monitor engagement and provide insights to improve results
  • Support project managers with content needs, events, and on‑site activities
  • Liaise with internal teams, agencies, and creatives as required

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media
  • Portfolio demonstrating video, editing or social content
  • Strong filming and video editing ability (mobile or camera)
  • Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail
  • Confident across major social media platforms and analytics tools
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred due to client needs. Good written and verbal English communication skills are required
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable working on‑site across multiple projects
