Job Description
We’re looking for a driven and creative Marketing Manager to join our Tenant Advisory team, part of our wider Occupier Services business at Colliers. If you’re ready to take the next step in your career, this role offers the chance to lead national marketing efforts, shape major pitch strategies, and help grow one of the most dynamic teams in the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with senior leaders across Australia to drive growth, build our brand, and win new business. Your day-to-day will include:
- Leading marketing and business development strategies nationally
- Managing major pitch opportunities from start to finish: strategy, messaging, design, and delivery
- Developing standout campaigns and marketing collateral
- Creating compelling presentations and storytelling that showcase our success
- Running client engagement initiatives, boardroom lunches, and sector targeting
- Driving digital marketing to boost visibility and generate leads
- Bringing fresh ideas and creative communication to everything you do
- Helping creating a clear value proposition
Qualifications
We’re after someone with:
- A degree in marketing, business, or communications
- At least 2 years’ experience in B2B or professional services marketing
- Strong campaign and pitch management skills
- Excellent writing, organisation, and attention to detail
- A solid grasp of digital marketing and lead generation
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, Canva and Adobe InDesign (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Salesforce are a plus)
