Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our onsite team at Hunters Plaza in Auckland. 

We are looking for an experienced professional to implement a comprehensive strategic marketing plan to assist in growing the capital value of the asset.

This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity covering parental leave, for 32 hours per week, with hours to be agreed with the successful candidate.

The value you’ll add 

  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan 
  • Lead the marketing of the centre through the execution of research, marketing, financial, administration and public relations 
  • Build a positive brand profile for the Centre 
  • Build positive relationships with tenants, the community, media and stakeholders 
  • Actively monitor and keep abreast of centre and industry changes  
  • Prepare and contribute to reporting and budgeting 
  • Assist with strategic planning for the asset 

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualified, ideally with a marketing background 
  • 3+ years’ successful marketing experience 
  • Proficient with WordPress or similar web-based platforms 
  • Proficient in E-Direct marketing including Mail Chimp or similar 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite 
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google My Business 
  • Proficiency in Social Media including Facebook and Instagram 
  • Proficient with Photoshop software would be an advantage
