Job Description
We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Team Lead who will coordinate a dedicated Talent Acquisition team responsible for delivering recruitment services across one or more business divisions at global level.The role ensures recruitment excellence, strong operational delivery, continuous improvement of processes, and high-quality reporting based on ATS data.This position combines team leadership, global recruitment coordination, and data-driven insights, offering room for future expansion into additional segments or regions.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, coach and develop the TA team responsible for global recruitment within the assigned business division(s).
- Allocate recruitment activities, manage workload, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Set performance expectations, monitor KPIs and support continuous capability development.
- Foster a collaborative team culture and ensure best practice sharing.
2. Global Recruitment Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Oversee and actively participate in end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple countries and regions, ensuring a hands-on contribution when needed.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand role requirements, market challenges and recruitment priorities.
- Act as escalation point for complex, senior or high-impact roles.
- Participate in regular stakeholder meetings and provide clear updates on pipelines, progress and risks.
3. Data Insights, Reporting & ATS Optimization
- Analyze recruitment data from the ATS to identify trends, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Create and optimize dashboards, reports and presentations for leadership (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in the ATS and support digital optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR Digital/HRIS teams to enhance reporting capabilities and improve system usage.
4. Process Improvement & Global Standards
- Identify improvement areas in sourcing, operations or workflow efficiency and implement solutions.
- Contribute to global process harmonization and standardization across recruitment activities.
- Support recruitment-related projects such as employer branding, internal mobility or onboarding improvements.
- Promote adherence to global TA policies and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 3 years in team coordination or leadership.
- Strong background in international or multi-country recruitment.
- Excellent command of English (mandatory); fluency in one additional international language.
- Advanced sourcing capabilities and proven experience managing senior or niche roles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple global priorities.
Data & Reporting Competencies
- Advanced skills in working with ATS data, including data extraction, structuring and consolidation.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and at least basic Power BI capabilities (data modeling, automated updates, pivoting).
- Ability to ensure data accuracy, consistency and clarity across multiple reporting sources.
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills, transforming recruitment metrics into clear insights for stakeholders.
