Job Description

In Switzerland, Coface has 3 entities (in insurance, reinsurance and services) and is present in Lausanne (VD) and Oerlikon (ZH)

Role purpose: 

As part of a high-performance and dynamic team, we are looking to complete the team with a proactive, curious, well-organized and team-player HR Officer being able to deal with tight deadlines, work independently, and in close collaboration with various business stakeholders (at local and regional level).

Main missions :

  • Supporting, advising and assisting line managers and employees in all re-relevant HR processes
  • Support in recruiting and staffing processes
  • Contribution to the preparation of the training plan and deployment of training actions
  • Absence management of our time management tool (KELIO) as administrator
  • Preparation of newcomers or leavers processes for employees and onboarding process
  • Contact point for matters relating to the social and pension pension topics
  • Legal clarifications in connection with employee cases in the HR department
  • Preparation and writing of employer's certificates in English, German and French
  • Preparation of compensation plans and incentives letters in coordination with the Regional HR team
  • Preparation and coordination in Talent Review and Alignment meeting with the Regional HR team
  • Follow up on internal survey and engagement of employees to implement actions plan
  • Organization and coordination of employee events
  • Support of the HR Business Partner and Regional team on HR projects for Coface Switzerland and Coface Re
  • Management of HR suppliers (pension, employee insurances, …)
  • Be part of the Social Committee

Profile :

  • Federal Diploma in Human Resources
  • Successful experience between 3 to 5 years in a similar position
  • French, English fluent, German would be a plus
  • Knowledge in Microsoft  tools
  • High energy with a passion for people. Excellent sense of service in a demanding international environment
  • Demonstrate impeccable discretion in managing sensitive information, ensuring privacy and maintaining trust within the organization
  • Takes full responsibility for tasks, proactively drives projects to completion while delivering high quality results
