Job Description
The Business Information Sales Support role provides operational and administrative support to the Business Information team, ensuring efficient management of clients, prospects, internal processes, and reporting activities. The role contributes directly to customer satisfaction, data accuracy, and the overall commercial performance of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling tickets in ACPRO and Cofitil.
- Supporting the BI team with clients and prospects.
- Managing ICON Back Office operations.
- Creating and updating client data in CUBE and GCC.
- Providing 1st Level Support to BI clients.
- Preparing basic reports (orders, sales, forecasts).
- Offering logistical and administrative support at BI events.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
Technical Skills
- Experience with CRM/Back Office tools (CUBE, GCC, ICON).
- Good Excel and general Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work with data and reporting.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (ACPRO, Cofitil).
Soft Skills
- Strong customer orientation and communication.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organization and multitasking.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.

We offer a gross annual salary of €50,000.00–57,000.00 on a full-time basis ( based on Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte in Versicherungsunternehmen Innendienst). We are happy to take your professional qualifications and experience into account when determining your salary.
