Job Description
Control:
- Analyzing and participating in the monthly reporting, budget and business plan process.
- Supporting countries of the Region in preparation the inputs for monthly, quarterly and budget.
- Improving financial reports while driving productivity via process optimization, information analysis and data quality.
- Communicating the countries of all Group and Region financial department requirements and changes in the financial process.
- Following up and controlling budget achievements and deviations during the year.
Management Procedures:
- Ensuring the efficiency of administrative procedures (inter-company transactions, contract management, etc.).
- Developing reserves and other accounting methods in all entities in collaboration with the Finance department.
Secondary tasks:
- Providing support and resolving occasional requests from the country financial teams and functional managers of the Region
Specific Duties:
- Providing support in preparing presentations (Supervisory Board for countries and for Group).
- Improving automation of technical processes related to reporting and planning.
Qualifications
- Higher education related to finance;
- Experience in financial control - financial and tax knowledge;
- Excellent level of English required;
- Advanced Level of computer skills (Excel);
- Skills and behavioral requirements: team spirit, promptness, stress resistance, attention to detail, analytical skills, intuition and observation skills, solution orientation;
- Concern for self-development and continuous learning; goal and result orientation, office keeping;
- Working hours: 8 hours daily plus 1 hour break;
- Nature of work: both individual work and in collaboration with various departments.
