CoEnterprise LLC seeks IT Program Manager in Dix Hills, NY.

Job Description:  Responsible for overall Program Management of a complex customer engagement and will have leadership responsibility for a team of consultants and/or Project Managers.     Execute leadership responsibility on major projects including managing scope, staffing, and client communication. Maintain direct communication with customer sponsor/project manager as well as internal executives. Manage and lead all project communications with client, internal/external stakeholders.  Accountable for proactive notification and management of change(s), issue(s) and risk(s); as well as mitigation and contingency planning. Ensure project resources are balanced with appropriate chargeability and allocations throughout the project. Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members and serve as the primary client interface for project schedule, scope, changes, and Deliverables. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Report and escalate risks and issues to sponsor and internal leadership and contribute to mitigation planning and communication. Establish and manage relationships with third parties/vendors, customers and internal stakeholders. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and client deliverables. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Establish a trusted partner relationship with client, project stakeholders, and internal team. Maintain routine communications with the management concerning all aspects of the project. Manage highly technical programs in Salesforce CRM, AWS Cloud and .Net framework platforms.

Minimum Qualifications: The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the position offered or closely related computer-related occupation. Position requires any amount of experience in all of the following:

• Programming languages: Java and J2EE
• Databases: MySQL, SQL and Oracle
• CRM tools: SalesforceReporting tools: Tableau and Business Object Intelligence
• Markup/Scripting Languages: HTML, JS and XML
• Management Tools: VSS, SharePoint, SourceForge and IBM Clear Case
• Application and Web Servers: Apache - Tomcat 3.2.3 & 5, BEA WebLogic 8.1/7, IBM WebSphere 6.1
• IDE’s: RAD, Eclipse 3.x, Oracle SQL Developer, PL/SQL Developer and TOAD

• Position allows for telecommuting from home from anywhere in the U.S.

Offered Wage: $163,941.12 per year
