We are looking for a Senior Business/Technology Leader with an entrepreneurial mindset to further accelerate our growth!  As the Executive leader, you must have a track record of success in growing high-tech analytics/solutions businesses.

Cloud/Digital analytics & engineering, and professional services are both growing over 50%+ year-over-year profitably.   We have thriving client relationships across enterprises in manufacturing, distribution, transportation, retail, and engineering services. We are very well-positioned for long-term sustained growth with our unique offerings that combine business & engineering expertise. Cloud analytics COE, contract management implementation solutions and solution innovations. As the leader, you will accelerate growth by setting strategy, leading execution and P&L for the Services business division. This is an amazing opportunity to incubate and launch new solutions leveraging AI/ML, cloud to accelerate digital transformation at our customers. You will have CloudMoyo’s solutions and expertise in Microsoft Azure, Data, AI and Cognitive Services— we have been building on Azure since its inception! We are a Gold level Microsoft partner for Data & Cloud competencies and have several industry recognitions & accolades.

This is an exciting, challenging, high-growth leadership role where your success will have a direct impact on CloudMoyo’s success You will lead/manage the end to end Service business division including engineering and sales & business development teams to win / expand customers and establish market leadership.  You will report to the Co-founder & CEO and engage with the Board on a regular cadence.

• Lead the overall sales, business development, marketing and spear-head go-to-market strategy and joint selling motion with Microsoft field 
• Direct the line of businesses: 1) Cloud / Digital Analytics &  Product Engineering, 2) Professional Services, and Program managers, technical and functional teams
• Incubate new AI/ML, Cognitive, Cloud-based research & innovations to launch products & solutions
• Engage with customers & prospects to propose solutions to meet their long-term needs
• Grow, mentor and build engineering, and sales & business development teams in alignment with overall company strategy
• Manage and develop diverse and distributed teams in USA and India
• Proficient in communicating complex ideas, either with the written word or in presentations
• Proficient in managing Azure analytics, Cognitive services and/or application implementations
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft cloud: Azure, Data Lakes, IOT, Analytics, Cognitive and AI / ML
• Domain knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, retail, engineering services or hi-tech 
• Manage financials and annual revenues of USD 25M+
• Open to travel internationally and domestically

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in Information Technology, software, or a related industry
• At least 5 years of experience in general management, practice development or client engagement, with a focus on sales to senior executives (Vice President and C-level)
• Prior experience with enterprise software product, technology consulting or services companies
• Engineering or MBA degree is preferred
