The position will work collaboratively with internal departments, resident leadership, and external partners to coordinate training activities, facilitate preparedness initiatives, support emergency exercises, and promote a culture of preparedness across the NYCHA. The T&E Specialist assists with evaluating program effectiveness, developing educational materials, and supporting emergency operations activities to enhance organizational readiness and community resilience.

Note: Responsibilities may vary depending on the current needs of the department.
Additional Notes:
1. Possession of a Valid Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to drive, enabling mobility and facilitating effective coordination and response efforts during emergencies and/or during preparedness outreach and coordination efforts with stakeholders and residents.
