Job Description

The Maintenance Technician position assists in the overall general upkeep of the community. This position maintains a positive and professional attitude while helping residents with their work orders, completing make readies for vacant apartments and completing a variety of hands-on maintenance repairs. 

  • Completes all phases of unit make ready work in accordance with established timelines, guidelines and procedures.
  • Completes occupied unit service requests in a timely manner, in accordance with established company and community guidelines and standards, and without supervision.
  • Performs grounds and housekeeping responsibilities as needed.
  • Participates in preventative maintenance programs and ongoing maintenance and repair of all areas of the community, in order to preserve and maintain the asset.

Qualifications

  • Previous working experience as a Maintenance Technician for (1) year(s)
  • High school diploma
  • Any additional relevant certification will be considered an advantage (HVAC, CMRP etc.)
  • In depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
  • Applicable knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Problem solving aptitude

Additional Information

Pay - $23 -$25 Hourly

Property: (Crossroads Park Place )

Schedule: (Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
