Job Description

Circle Logistics is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager who will oversee the new business pipeline and manage the growth of a team of account executives at our Orlando office.

Responsibilities:

  •  Experience using Sales Enablement technologies such as HubSpot, Sales Loft, Chorus, Zoom Info, etc 
  • Ensure forward movement through the lifecycle stages of a lead
  • Regularly report Sales KPIs to leadership
  • Actively seek and bring on new accounts.
  • Drive the development of your team members to transition into other teams.
  • Plan for hiring, onboarding, and training new account executives.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and supervising account executives to improve KPIs and overall performance
  • Work closely with the Leadership team to improve opportunity management
  • Oversee the RFP and customer onboarding process
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Proven success in sales development, lead generation, or sales-type role in B2B Sales
  • 2+ years of leadership experience preferred
  • 3+ Years Sales Experience Required
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
  • Superior proficiency with Google Drive and Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, reports).
  • Experience in using an enterprise-level CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc)
  • Proven track record of working to resolve lead ownership and conflict
