Job Description
About the Role
We’re building a next-generation Total Rewards function: smaller, highly analytical, AI-enabled, and deeply connected to business decision-making. We believe Total Rewards will increasingly operate as a strategic product and intelligence function for workforce decisions, and this role sits at the center of that transformation.
You will help redesign how we approach compensation, workforce planning, people analytics, operational workflows, and employee support using data, systems thinking, automation, and AI tooling. You won’t just analyze data or maintain dashboards. You will help build frameworks, workflows, tools, and decision models that fundamentally improve how People teams operate.
You do not need to come from a pure Compensation & Benefits background. We care more about curiosity, analytical mindset, commercial and financial awareness, and excitement for building the future of Total Rewards.
What You’ll Do
Develop tools, automations, templates, frameworks, and scalable solutions that improve the connection between compensation, performance, attrition, hiring, and staffing.
Support strategic initiatives such as people analytics, workforce planning, pay equity, compensation cycles, STIP, LTIP, pay transparency readiness and organizational redesign.
Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, models, and decision frameworks.
Identify repetitive or low-value work and redesign it using AI-enabled solutions.
Help codify compensation philosophy, governance, and decision logic into scalable systems.
Contribute to the evolution of Harriet, our internal AI assistant, through knowledge architecture, workflow integration and database maintenance.
Support budgeting, workforce modeling, and compensation forecasting activities.
Partner closely with People Partners, Talent Management, People Operations, Payroll, and FP&A.
Continuously challenge legacy processes that create friction, low leverage work, or poor employee experience.
Qualifications
Who You Are
You have 3–7 years of experience in an analytical, operational, consulting, project management, or transformation-oriented role.
Experience in Compensation, Workforce Planning, People Analytics, FP&A, or HR Technology is valuable, but not required.
You actively use AI tooling to improve productivity, automate workflows, and rethink how work gets done.
You combine strong analytical thinking with operational execution.
You are resourceful, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
You naturally connect systems, workflows, stakeholders, and business outcomes.
You are comfortable working independently. You build before being asked.
You understand where human judgment matters — and where automation should take over.
You are comfortable working with HR systems, spreadsheets, dashboards, and knowledge management tools
