Job Description
The Client Recruitment Quality Lead is embedded within the client recruitment program and is responsible for implementing and maintaining established quality assurance frameworks to ensure error-free execution in recruitment operations.
This position drives operational excellence through rigorous quality control measures, ensures 100% compliance with established protocols, and embeds quality assurance as a fundamental way of working rather than a mere checklist approach.
Work location: London, United Kingdom (EC1V)
Work Set up: x1 day per week in London office
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Executes established quality assurance programs to achieve 100% compliance.
- Maintains and enforces operational controls through systematic auditing of recruiter interactions and performance.
- Delivers real-time feedback to the Leadership team to drive immediate performance improvement and maintain service excellence.
- Monitors and reports on quality metrics to identify deviations and ensure consistent adherence to standards.
- Implements governance protocols to maintain consistency and fairness across all recruitment interactions.
- Utilizes automated auditing systems to ensure continuous monitoring and timely feedback.
- Operates quality assurance tools to maintain high standards at scale while protecting the candidate experience.
- Integrates candidate and hiring manager feedback (VoxPop, PTR) to validate quality standards
- Monitors funnel metrics to ensure optimization targets are met.
- Champions quality-first mindset across teams, transforming quality assurance from a process into a culture.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Position Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Quality Management certification, preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or operational excellence, required.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment operations.
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining compliance standards, required.
- Track record of achieving error-free execution in operational roles, required.
Exposure:
- Strong understanding of quality management systems. required.
- Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and technology, required.
- Experience in audit execution and reporting, required.
- Expertise in coaching and performance improvement, required.
- Experience working with automated quality monitoring systems, required.
- Understanding of recruitment processes and metrics, required
