The Next Gen team (KIDS & Students) supports the mission of CCV by shaping kids and students to become Christ-Centered Difference Makers. The Next Gen Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the KIDS & Students Team and ensure projects are completed with excellence.  

Job Description

Team Office Management  

  • Relieve KIDS & Students Pastor and staff of administrative detail, all projects.  
  • Record, track, and report weekly attendance data, as well as other data requested by the Lead Kids Pastor & Lead Student Pastor.  
  • Work with KIDS & Students Team to recruit and develop a team of volunteers to assist with office work, events, and special projects.  
  • Manage KIDS & Students ministry financials, and process expense reports for each team member.  

Weekend Experience Preparation  

  • Confirm signage is correct for all events 

Volunteer Recruitment and Development  

  • Monitor KIDS & STUDENT Volunteer Connections 

Ministry Communication  

  • Communicate with attendees, guests, and staff daily through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions in regard to general ministry & event inquiries.  
  • Manage 1st Time Guest follow-up.  
  • Manage the submission and delivery of all Creative Technology needs (web, print collateral, keynotes)  

KIDS & Student related Events  

  • Independently respond to ministry email, web inquiries, and voicemail  
  • Update and ensure completion of delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines.  
  • Events are Dad Daughter, Camps, Jumpstart, Baptism for Kids, and Events weekend for Students 
  • Input all events into Room Manager in Rock
