Job Description
At Cappella Pueblo West Assisted Living, we believe older adults deserve more than care — they deserve a community where they are known, valued, and able to thrive. We are looking for a compassionate Part-Time Night Shift QMAP who will help create a safe, supportive, and caring environment for our residents each night.
This role is about more than tasks. It is about showing up with kindness, paying attention to the little things, and being part of a team that believes meaningful care helps people live with dignity and connection.
Set Schedule (not flexible):
Thursday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
In this role, you will support residents with personal care needs, assist with medications in accordance with state law, monitor resident well-being, document changes in condition, communicate with team members, and help ensure our community remains safe, warm, and welcoming.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, attentive, and genuinely cares about helping older adults live well.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications & Experience
- Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
- High school or Equivalent (GED)
- One (1) year experience in some level of elder care preferred
- Knowledgeable with Electronic Health Management system
- Strong self-management and organization skills
- Strong multi-tasking abilities with the ability to handle competing deadlines, flexible and adaptable (open to change).
- Ability to effectively handle difficult and sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
- Moderate physical activity required by handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently.
- Constant standing, walking, and grasping. Frequent stooping and reaching above shoulder heights, occasional sitting, crawling, kneeling, and squatting.
- May have exposure to blood borne pathogens, body excretions and communicable diseases possible.
- Possible exposure to household chemicals.
- Sits, stands, bends, and moves intermittently during working hours.
- May be subject to frequent interruptions.
- Interacts with clients, family members and visitors frequently.
