  • Be the resident whisperer – notice changes in health or status and report them faster than you can say "superhero"!
  • Transform into a meticulous documentarian – monitor and record resident conditions like you're writing the next bestseller.
  • Become the medication maestro – assist residents with their daily med routines. It's like being a DJ, but instead of sick beats, you're dropping the right pills!
  • Be the go-to person for all things medication-related – alert the RN/LPN or supervisor if you spot anything fishy in the med records or supply.
  • Channel your inner journalist – ensure all documentation is timely and accurate, especially when it comes to medication refusals or treatments.
  • Embrace your inner organizer – restock medication carts and storage areas with supplies. Think of it as preparing for a really important, health-focused party!
  • Be a star attendee at monthly staff meetings – bring your A-game to address resident and departmental needs. It's like a superhero team-up, but with less capes and more clipboards!
