Position Summary

Ready to be the superhero of resident care? As our Registered Nurse I, you'll be the captain of the care ship, steering us through the exciting waters of resident well-being! Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to orchestrate a symphony of care that hits all the right notes with State and Federal Law, while keeping our Community's policies and procedures as the sheet music.

Your Exciting Adventure Includes:

• Become the ultimate communication wizard, conjuring up conversations with nursing staff, physicians, pharmacists, and family members about our VIP residents' status.
• Transform into a master listener, using your supersonic hearing to catch resident, family, or physician concerns. Then, like a true hero, swoop in with corrective action or report to your fellow justice league members!
• Join the Resident Care conference party and keep those Care Plans in tip-top shape – think of it as giving your residents' stories the best plot twists!
• Channel your inner potion master to prepare, administer, and document medications. Keep your magic wand ready to order new supplies and vanish those pesky expired meds!
• Become the Sherlock Holmes of patient care, documenting issues with flair and reporting them faster than you can say "Elementary, my dear Watson!"
• Flex your Spidey senses to recognize signs and symptoms, then leap into action with the perfect treatment or procedure.
• Don your captain's hat and lead your crew of ancillary personnel to victory. When needed, channel your inner superhero trainer and initiate some out-of-this-world corrective action!
• Be ready for surprise side quests – other duties may pop up like unexpected power-ups in your favorite video game!

Your Superhero Toolkit

• A shiny Colorado Registered Nursing License, as spotless as Captain Jack's shield
• Geriatric training so advanced, you could be Professor of the elderly care world
• A year of experience in a long-term care facility (AKA your previous secret lair)
• Supervisory skills that would make any super hero proud (1-year experience preferred)
• Microsoft Office skills so slick, you could be the Stark of spreadsheets
• English language skills worthy of a Shakespearean superhero
• Customer service skills that would make even the Joker smile

Registered Nurse I ($42.00 hour to $50.00)
