As our Licensed Practical Nurse extraordinaire, you'll be the maestro of resident care, orchestrating a symphony of compassion in harmony with Company standards and State and Federal regulations. It's like being the conductor of a healthcare orchestra!

• Be the star of Resident Care conferences – your insights will shine brighter than a disco ball!
• Channel your inner pharmacist as you prepare, administer, and document medications. It's like being a potion master, but with real-life health benefits!
• Embrace your inner Sherlock Holmes – observe, document, and report patient care issues with the precision of a world-class detective.
• Flex those superhero senses to recognize signs and symptoms, then swoop in with the perfect treatment faster than a speeding bullet!
• Don your captain's hat and lead your crew of ancillary personnel to victory in the sea of healthcare excellence.
• Be ready for surprise quests – other duties may pop up like unexpected power-ups in a video game!

Basic Qualifications & Experience

• Colorado State Licensed Practical Nurse license, in good standing.
• 1-year experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• 1-year experience in overseeing and monitoring other staff preferred.
• IV Certification preferred.
• Must have computer word processing and database experience.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

• Moderate physical effort required by handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently.
• Possible exposure to chemicals, blood borne pathogens and other infectious diseases.
• Sits, stands, bends and moves intermittently during working hours.
• Is subject to frequent interruptions.
• Interacts with residents, family members, visitors frequently.
