As our Resident Services Coordinator, you'll be the master of connections, linking our awesome residents with the coolest health and support services around. You'll be the wizard behind the curtain, conjuring up a magical network of service providers and agencies. Get ready to don your cape and become the ultimate educator and guardian of our residents' well-being!

  • Channel your inner detective to conduct thrilling initial and periodic resident reviews. It's like solving a puzzle to ensure our community is the perfect fit for everyone!
  • Become the quality control guru, keeping a watchful eye on service delivery. Think of yourself as a secret shopper, making sure everything is top-notch for our residents!
  • Transform into a superhero sidekick when needed, providing limited case management support. You'll swoop in to save the day when other services fall short!
  • Join forces with the Perennial team to master the art of Permission to Contact (PTC). It's like being part of an elite squad of communication ninjas!
  • Put on your professor hat and lead fun, engaging education sessions. You'll be the cool teacher everyone wishes they had in school!
  • Become the ultimate matchmaker, connecting residents with volunteer programs. It's like creating the perfect recipe for community engagement!
  • Team up with management to spot residents who need a helping hand. You'll be like a guardian angel with a super-powered radar for assistance!
  • Channel your inner librarian (but way cooler) to maintain resident files. You'll be the keeper of stories, documenting all the exciting chapters of our residents' lives!
  • Be the cheerleader-in-chief, supporting residents to become active community rockstars. You'll help them find their groove and shine bright!
  • Embrace the element of surprise with other fun duties that may pop up. It's like opening a mystery box of exciting challenges every day!

 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years working with senior adults, preferably in an assisted living or independent living community.
  • Able to effectively respond in crisis situations.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to read, write, and speak with English language

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

  • Light physical effort required by handling objects up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently.
  • Sits, stands, bends and moves intermittently during working hours.
  • Is subject to frequent interruptions.
  • Interacts with families, volunteers, residents and numerous other staff members.
