Job Description

At Checkout.com, we're on a mission to harness the power of AI to unlock new potential and improve efficiencies within our teams. To lead the charge on this exciting new agenda, we've created The AI Centre of Excellence; a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists and product managers who will scope opportunities to leverage Generative AI tools to optimise the way we work.

We're on the lookout for an AI Adoption & Change Analyst to take ownership of the integration and adoption of Generative AI technologies across the organisation, evangalising the use of AI across the business.

This role presents a unique opportunity to learn and influence how Checkout employees and customers engage with AI solutions. Collaborating with a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, business stakeholders, and vendors, you will drive change management, offer guidance, and create training and communication strategies with the ultimate goal being to maximise the value our AI solutions deliver.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the AI COE team to understand the technical capabilities and potential applications of Generative AI solutions.

  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the smooth adoption of new AI tools and processes.

  • Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure they can effectively utilise AI solutions.

  • Advisory Services: Offer expert guidance to business stakeholders on the use of AI tools to achieve business objectives.

  • Adoption Tracking: Monitor and measure the adoption and impact of AI solutions, providing insights to the team and leadership.

  • Communication: Foster strong communication channels between the AI team, business units, and technical teams.

Qualifications

Essential requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the digital transformation function of a large organisation or consultancy
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their potential business applications

  • Proven experience in change management and stakeholder engagement

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

Preferable but not essential:

  • Experience working with Generative AI technologies

  • Familiarity with the financial services or technology industry

  • Experience in Agile methodologies

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools

Hybrid Working Model: All of our offices globally are onsite 3 times per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
