Job Description

We are a Sales Operations team focused on data accuracy, reporting, and supporting key business decisions. Working closely with stakeholders in Israel, the team plays a critical role in maintaining high-quality sales data and ensuring smooth execution of ongoing processes.

We are looking for motivated candidates who can join us quickly and contribute to a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

  • Support data analysis, reporting, and visualization to ensure accuracy and integrity of sales data
  • Maintain, update, and enhance databases and reporting systems
  • Monitor ongoing processes to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Perform regular reviews of sales data to detect and minimize discrepancies
  • Ensure consistency and reliability across recurring reports and data workflows
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to resolve data issues and improve processes

Qualifications

Must-have

  • Strong attention to detail and high execution capabilities
  • Fast learner with solid analytical thinking skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst / similar role
  • Advanced Excel skills (data manipulation, formulas, reporting)
  • Strong communication skills with fluent English
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership

Advantages

  • Experience working with SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems
  • Background in Sales Operations / Business Data / Finance
  • Relevant academic degree (Industrial Engineering, Economics, MBA, or similar)
