Job Description

  • Assist in planning and managing projects from initiation through to official launch, including defining scope, workflow, budget, promotional schemes, and required resources.
  • Monitor and manage project progress to ensure delivery in line with the planned timeline and budget.
  • Develop and implement processes for planned projects, and continuously improve them based on project evaluations and monitoring results.
  • Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and other related parties.
  • Maintain proper documentation and prepare clear reports for all project activities.
  • Prepare presentation materials to support project socialization and communicate new or updated processes to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a financing company with similar responsibilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
