• Support the development and updating of organizational structures based on business needs

• Assist in defining roles and responsibilities and reviewing job descriptions

• Manage and document organizational change proposals through the approval process

• Support the preparation of competency framework drafts, career path development, and Organization Development SOPs

• Assist in the administrative process of employee promotion submissions and ensure document completeness

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Psychology

• Candidates with up to 3 - 4 years of experience in Organization Development or HR

• Good communication and analytical skills

• Detail-oriented with a basic understanding of HR business processes

• Experience in banking, multifinance, or fintech industries is a plus
