Job Description

  • Clearly understand the context (objectives, problem statement, pain points) to be achieved/addressed before conducting evaluations, working on tasks, or creating product designs.

  • Analyze internal, competitor, industry, or other data to support the planning of product pipelines/problem solving/product design/product performance reports/others.

  • Plan and prioritize products/features based on Return on Investment (business impact divided by investment of time/effort/cost) for the respective product/feature.

  • Create product/feature specifications, configuration changes, and proposals for business process changes in accordance with the product/feature plan or other needs from the Business Unit.

  • Coordinate with internal and/or external parties to ensure that the product/feature/work process is completed with the best possible quality and within the target timeframe.

  • Evaluate the performance of products/features/work processes/business units regularly and proactively provide feedback for improvement/development.
     

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

  • Strong interest in data-driven product development and excellent analytical skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving positive outcomes and impact.

  • Structured and systematic planner.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
