Job Description
- Source candidates from multiple channels and make recommendation for new channels
- Shortlist candidates and select the best from our pool of applicants
- Keep track of open positions, hiring funnel, and new headcount requisition from users
- Prepare reports of hiring funnel, turnover rate, and interview results of candidates
- Manage the employee database
- Propose and coordinate HR projects
Qualifications
- Previous experience in headhunting or outsourcing company preferred
- Able to work with a large number of job applications and interviews on a daily basis
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Detail oriented, highly adaptable, and quick-thinking
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
- Able to work with Microsoft Office
- Knowledgeable about Indonesian Labour Laws
- At least 3 years experience in Headhunting or Recruitment
