Job Description

 

  • Source candidates from multiple channels and make recommendation for new channels
  • Shortlist candidates and select the best from our pool of applicants
  • Keep track of open positions, hiring funnel, and new headcount requisition from users
  • Prepare reports of hiring funnel, turnover rate, and interview results of candidates
  • Manage the employee database
  • Propose and coordinate HR projects

 

Qualifications

 

  • Previous experience in headhunting or outsourcing company preferred
  • Able to work with a large number of job applications and interviews on a daily basis
  • Excellent communication and management skills
  • Detail oriented, highly adaptable, and quick-thinking
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
  • Able to work with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledgeable about Indonesian Labour Laws
  • At least 3 years experience in Headhunting or Recruitment
