Operations Strategist Senior Analyst

Job Description

  • Analyze ongoing and upcoming business process to ensure proper documentation are available
  • Identify, develop, evaluate organization’s core operational processes (target setting, incentive calculation, reporting, setting metrics & SLA)
  • Work closely with operations manager or stakeholders to drive and monitor new improvement initiatives
  • Provide direction and guidance to junior team members
  • Ensure routine business processes are completed on time and accurate (serves as backup PIC in case needed)
  • Ensure deliverables from junior team members are up to standard and free of error

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years working experience in Operation Excellence or Business Operations Improvements, especially in the financial industry
  • Attention to details, critical mindset and self driven to get things done
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to identify root causes and creativity to solve problems
  • Ability to multitask and deliver initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill
  • Nice to have:
    ○ Working experience in managing large scale operation projects in fintech / same industry
    ○ Working experience as a business consultant
    ○ Experience in managing small team
    ○ Industrial engineering degree
    ○ Experience in using SQL / similar language
