Job Description

  • Monthly reconciliation of merchant sales data and brand sales data for merchant incentive or merchant/ brand subsidies
  • Communicating with merchant/ brand in order to match reconciliation data
  • Monitoring incoming merchant invoices until payment by finance department for merchant incentive
  • Request invoice to Finance Dept and monitoring payment for merchant/brand subsidies
  • Internal circulation for Agreements or Commitment Letters
  • Documentation, filling, and distribution of agreements or commitment letters

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Diploma Degree 
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Strong in MS Excel and MS Power Point
  • Detail oriented and tactful
