Job Description

  • Manage and maintain accurate data records. 
  • Prepare regular reports for division and management review.
  • Facilitate regular division meetings and ensure relevant data is updated for discussions.
  • Oversee the accuracy and efficiency of business processes, and proactively initiate and implement process improvements.
  • Work closely with operation managers to support and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in cross-functional discussion / projects and ensuring coordination between teams.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and other data analysis tools.
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination across departments.
