Job Description
- Manage and maintain accurate data records.
- Prepare regular reports for division and management review.
- Facilitate regular division meetings and ensure relevant data is updated for discussions.
- Oversee the accuracy and efficiency of business processes, and proactively initiate and implement process improvements.
- Work closely with operation managers to support and implement improvement initiatives.
- Assist in cross-functional discussion / projects and ensuring coordination between teams.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are welcome).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and other data analysis tools.
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination across departments.
