Job Description

We are looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to support our Denmead-based Vocational Training team. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain valuable experience in a busy team that works across the country. 

As Business Administration Apprentice you will:

  • Manage the employer engagement teams inbox and deal with employer/learner enquiries effectively
  • Provide support to the Contracts Assurance Officer and manage job adverts using a range of platforms
  • Support the Contracts Assurance Team (CAT) in managing job applicants and arranging interviews with the employer
  • Support the CAT with completion of regular updates to the starts tracker
  • Take responsibility for ensuring all CAT compliance paperwork records are maintained
  • Take responsibility for ensuring employer Health & Safety checklist paperwork is current and advising when updates are required
  • Deal with all filing and archiving 
  • Type letters, reports and undertake photocopying to a high and accurate standard.
  • Undertake both Fire Marshall and Health and Safety training.
  • Manage the Vocational Training inbox and deal with travel/finance enquiries effectively
  • Provide support to the Vocational Training administrator with general administration tasks
  • Undertake other tasks as needed by the Vocational Training Team as long as these do not interfere with the main duties as outlined above

Additional Information

Salary: £15,000

Contract: End date is 1 year from contract start date
