Job Description

We are looking for a highly analytical, data-driven Sales Operations AI Automation  Analyst to support our regional sales teams across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines, and Taiwan. This role is ideal for someone with 3–4 years of experience in sales operations or business analytics, who enjoys building AI automation workflows, diving into business data, building dashboards,, and improving how sales teams operate.

You will be part of the Sales Operations team, reporting to the Business Operations Manager, and work closely with Sales, Finance, and CRM teams to drive efficiency, accuracy, and insights.

You Will:

  • Design, implement, and optimize sales/AI automation workflows and scalable solutions to eliminate manual processes and improve sales efficiency (e.g., sales performance tracking, and commission calculation).

  • Act as the go-to operations and data partner for our sales teams across multiple markets.

  • Own and maintain key reporting dashboards using Salesforce, Looker, and Google Sheets.

  • Manage contracting, invoicing, and data alignment processes across Sales and Finance.

  • Maintain accurate customer and partner master data including CRM hierarchy and legal agreements.

  • Support the configuration and tracking of sales territories, incentives, and commissions.

  • Provide onboarding and training for new sales team members on systems and processes.

  • Partner with leadership on strategic projects to enable sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in implementing sales technology and automation/AI solutions to drive operational excellence. Proficiency in n8n, Claude 

  • 3–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role.

  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.), dashboards, and large datasets.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Looker (or similar BI tools).

  • Clear communicator who can translate data into insights.

  • Experience in high-growth or tech/startup environments is a plus.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset — you love improving how things work.

  • Ability to work under a third-party agency for a 12-month contract
