Job Description

About the role:

In this internship, you'll gain hands-on experience in understanding Carousell's commercial landscape and marketing operations. You'll tackle real-world challenges that sharpen your critical thinking skills and push you to grow professionally. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with a dynamic team, learning how teamwork drives success in achieving common goals. *this is an internship role for May ~ Dec. 2026 and requires at least 3 working days per week

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Ideation and executions to support efforts in driving platform supply and demand metrics

  • Support campaign coordinations and executions.  Ex: Translations, Partnership campaigns, CarouDM paying sellers

  • Assist in marketing communications content write-up 

  • Monitor key marketing business metrics and consolidate data for reports on regular or project-based marketing performance

  • Managing social media marketing calendar, including planning and executions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Cantonese & English (both spoken and written)

  • Pursuing or completed tertiary education course in Marketing or business related studies

  • Familiar with digital tools such as Google Suite, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator; video editing apps such as Premiere would be a plus

  • Up to date with social media trends & channel management; FB/IG ad management experience a plus

  • Proficient in collecting, organising, and analysing data from various tools to provide data support and decision-making insights for the campaigns. 

  • Experienced with segmentation analysis is an advantage
