Job Description
A Laku6 internship is unlike any other. Our interns are quick on their feet, resourceful, adaptable and learn a heck lot in a short amount of time. If you're looking to make an impact and get your hands dirty with a myriad of opportunities, this is the adventure for you.
As a D2C Business Development Intern, you'll get the chance to develop practical work experience in a tech company and get involved in exciting projects that have direct impact to our business.
During this 6 months internship you will have the opportunities:
- Learn to conduct market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences in the second-hand device market.
- Support in identifying and explore new market opportunities and customer segments across online and offline channels.
- Hands on experience to optimize e-commerce product listings and support online marketing campaigns to improve visibility and engagement.
- Analyze sales data to uncover growth opportunities and recommend areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance the customer experience, including website UI/UX and checkout processes.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, manage inventory trends, and support visual merchandising strategies.
- Maintain customer relationships through personalized communication, loyalty programs, and feedback management.
- Assist in developing and optimizing sales and marketing strategies to align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Available to commit for 6 months internship
- Strong interest in e-commerce, retail, and business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Tokopedia, Shopee) and social media management tools is a plus.
- Experience with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.) is a bonus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for problem-solving and innovation
