Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Define Monetization Strategy: Develop and execute a strategy to grow revenue streams, including advertising products, subscription services, and other monetization opportunities, while delivering value to users and sellers.
Support Pro-Sellers: Design features and programs that help pro-sellers succeed on the platform, improving their visibility, efficiency, and sales performance.
Drive Monetization Initiatives: Own the lifecycle of high-impact monetization initiatives, from ideation to execution and optimization.
Leverage Data Insights: Use analytics and market insights to identify opportunities, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and measure the success of monetization efforts.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to implement monetization strategies and ensure effective communication.
Enhance User and Seller Experience: Balance revenue goals with creating meaningful and user-friendly experiences for buyers and sellers on the platform.

Experience: 5-7 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of developing and executing monetization strategies.
Monetization Expertise: Strong understanding of revenue models, including subscription services, advertising products, and value-added services.

User-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to balance monetization goals with user satisfaction and success.
