Job Description

  1. Chat Management:
    • Manage online chats with potential buyers.
    • Utilize knowledge of local lingo to improve buyer experience.
    • Increase the likelihood of converting chats into sales.
  2. Product Listings:
    • Focus on listing products on expanding sales channels (Carousell, TikTokShop, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
    • Ensure product details are accurate and appealing to potential buyers.
  3. Customer Engagement:
    • Engage with walk-in customers to facilitate transactions.
    • Provide a welcoming and informative customer experience.
  4. Order Coordination:
    • Coordinate orders to ensure they are delivered according to SLA.
    • Track orders and resolve any issues that arise to meet delivery commitments.
  5. Inventory Management:
    • Manage inventory to ensure S2C units are processed and ready for sale within target SLAs.
    • Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as necessary.
  6. Pricing Strategy:
    • Ensure competitive pricing of listings to win PDP.
    • Continuously monitor competitor pricing and adjust our pricing strategy accordingly.
  7. Customer Support:
    • Manage post-sales queries and support requests to improve customer satisfaction.
    • Resolve any issues efficiently and effectively.
  8. Process Improvements:
    • Identify areas for process improvement.
    • Implement changes to enhance internal workflows and external customer experiences.

Qualifications

 

  1. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  2. Good communication skills
  3. Able to think out from the box.
  4. Experiences in mobile / electronics will be an added advantage.
  5. Able to work from office daily, and comfortable to be on standby.
  6. Possesses own transport.
