  • Compensation:  $42.75-$51.98 *Based on Experience

  • License Renewal: Fee reimbursement.

REQUIREMENTS for Clinical Supervisor - Mobile Unit:

Professional Certification :LCSW or LMFT certification required

Experience:

  • 2 years post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, OR
  • 1 year post-licensure experience plus 1 year supervising/directing clinical staff, OR
  • 1 year post-licensure experience plus 1 year in staff supervision, administration, and personnel management in human services.

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Master Degree in psychology, social work, marriage and family counseling, or related.
  • Experience with Smart Care or other EHR systems.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Familiarity with outcome measures and diverse psychological interventions.
  • Budget management competency.
  • Supervisory responsibility: Oversee field clinical staff.

Essential Functions:

  • The Clinical Supervisor provides direct supervision of program staff and overall operations in South Tulare County Mobile Unit/ South One Stop Clinics.
  • Assures adherence to policies and procedures, making recommendations as appropriate. 
  • Provides direct mental health services to consumers and assistance in crisis situations as needed.
  • Manages On-Call schedule and participates in the rotation.
  • Oversees clinical documentation and adherence to Tulare County standards.
